The business needed a unified web application that would give customers self-service access to their orders while providing managers with real-time dashboards and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
We engineered a robust web application with role-based access for customers, production staff, and administrators. Customers can place orders, upload files, track progress, and download deliverables through a clean, intuitive portal.
