My Emb Design was managing embroidery digitizing orders through a combination of email threads, spreadsheets, and third-party messaging apps. As order volumes grew, this fragmented approach created bottlenecks, delayed turnaround times, and made it difficult for customers to track progress.
The business needed a centralized digital platform that could handle the entire order lifecycle — from quote requests and file uploads to payment, production tracking, and final delivery — without adding operational overhead.
We designed and developed a bespoke embroidery digitizing platform that puts both customers and internal teams in control. The platform features an intuitive customer portal where users can upload designs, select specifications, receive instant quotes, and track every stage of their order in real time.
On the backend, an admin dashboard gives the production team full visibility into incoming orders, workload distribution, and payment status. Automated notifications keep customers informed at every milestone, reducing support inquiries and building trust.
