Built a scalable SaaS platform for embroidery businesses with multi-tenant architecture, subscription billing, and advanced reporting tools.

Digitizing Zone wanted to evolve from a service provider into a SaaS platform serving multiple embroidery businesses. Each business needed its own branded workspace, isolated data, and flexible subscription plan.
The challenge was building a multi-tenant architecture that could onboard hundreds of businesses while maintaining performance, security, and a consistent user experience across all tenants.

We designed a modern SaaS application using a multi-tenant architecture where each embroidery business gets its own subdomain, branded interface, and isolated database layer.
Stripe Billing handles subscription plans, trials, and invoicing. Advanced reporting tools give business owners insights into orders, revenue, and team performance. The platform is containerized and orchestrated for automatic scaling and high availability.

A multi-tenant subscription platform. The same architecture underpins most software sold as a service.
Multi-tenancy is what lets you serve a hundred businesses without a hundred deployments — and getting the isolation right at the start is far cheaper than separating data afterwards.
Plans, upgrades, proration, failed payments and dunning make recurring billing substantially harder than a one-off charge. It is where most subscription products leak money.
When customers pay monthly, downtime is churn. Availability stops being a technical preference and becomes a commercial one.
Each tenant receives a dedicated schema and subdomain with strict access controls, ensuring complete data isolation while sharing the same platform infrastructure.
Yes. The platform supports multiple subscription tiers, add-ons, trials, and usage-based billing managed through Stripe Billing.
Absolutely. Each business can customize their workspace with logos, colors, and custom domains to match their brand identity.
The platform runs on Kubernetes with auto-scaling, load balancing, and automated failover to ensure consistent uptime and performance.
Usually, but not always. Where customers demand physically separate data, or regulation requires it, single-tenant deployments are the honest answer — at a higher running cost you should price for from the start.
Upgrades are proportioned mid-cycle rather than billed in full, and limits are enforced with warnings before they bite. Being surprised by an invoice is one of the most common reasons subscribers leave.
