Freelance Digitizers envisioned a marketplace where embroidery digitizers could connect directly with clients worldwide. However, the absence of a trusted platform meant clients hesitated to pay upfront, and freelancers worried about non-payment after delivery.
The platform needed to handle complex workflows — project posting, bidding, milestone-based delivery, secure payments, dispute resolution, and reputation management — all within a single seamless experience.
We built a full-featured multi-vendor marketplace with verified freelancer profiles, portfolio showcases, and a smart matching system. The escrow payment model ensures funds are released only when milestones are approved, protecting both parties.
Real-time chat, notifications, and an integrated review system keep projects moving smoothly. An admin dashboard provides full oversight of users, transactions, disputes, and platform analytics.
